Booked a last-minute 2-day Nyerere National Park safari from Zanzibar and it was a solid experience. The flight from Zanzibar was quick, and the park offered a different feel than other areas I’ve visited. Boat safari was a definite highlight, seeing hippos and crocs up close was amazing. Accommodation was basic but clean. It’s a good option if you’re short on time and want to see a new park. A bit rushed for my liking, but for a quick trip, it delivered.
