We opted for the 1 Day Marangu Route Kilimanjaro Hike, and it was an incredible day. Starting from the Marangu Gate, we ascended through the beautiful rainforest. The air was fresh, and the flora was stunning. Our guide was fantastic, sharing stories about the mountain and ensuring we moved at a comfortable pace. We reached Mandara Hut, which felt like a real achievement for a day trip! The views were intermittently clear, offering glimpses of the surrounding landscape. It was a challenging but rewarding experience that gave us a real sense of Kilimanjaro’s grandeur.
