As an avid birder, the 1 Day Bahi Wetlands Birdwatching Experience was a highlight of my Tanzanian journey. The sheer diversity of birdlife was astounding! Our guide, Elias, had an incredible eye and an encyclopedic knowledge of the local species. We spotted numerous waders, waterfowl, and raptors in their natural habitat. The wetlands are a vital ecosystem and seeing it firsthand was amazing. It’s a relatively short trip but packed with incredible sightings. Definitely worth it for anyone who loves birds.
