The 5 Days Katavi Wilderness Camping Experience was the highlight of our Tanzania trip. Katavi truly feels wild and untouched. Camping under the stars with the sounds of the bush around us was incredible. We saw an abundance of wildlife, including large herds of elephants and hippos, and even a lion sighting! The guides were experienced and ensured our safety and comfort at all times. The remoteness is part of its charm. This is a must-do for anyone seeking an authentic, off-the-beaten-path safari adventure. We’re already dreaming of going back in 2026.
